Renovation of a fire / police facility in Hanover Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Sealed bids are solicited for the Fire Station 15 Garage Floor Rehabilitation Project. Bidders are responsible for meeting all requirements of the bid documents. Specifications and complete bid documents can be obtained from the Village of Hanover Park website. There is a mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting at Fire House 15, 6850 Barrington Road. Contractors interested in submitting a proposal and bid must have a representative attend this meeting. Requirements for this contract include Illinois Prevailing Wage, 10% bid security with the bid submittal, 100% performance bond, adherence to Public Act 30 ILCS 570 regarding employment of Illinois workers on public works projects, and submission of three original copies of the signed contract with the bid. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any technicalities, discrepancies, or information in the bids. Detailed questions regarding bid specifications must be forwarded in writing via email no less than five business days prior to the scheduled bid opening date.
