The project consists of the design of approximately 2,400 linear feet of sidewalk along the east side of Derry Road (NH Route 102), connecting the Town Center at Library Common to Alvirne High School to improve pedestrian connectivity and safety. Qualifications are requested for preliminary engineering services. Submittals must include a brief summary of the firm’s experience with similar projects and the NHDOT Municipality Managed State Road Program (focusing on projects completed within the last seven years), names and descriptions of key personnel responsible for managing and designing the project, and a list of references from clients for similar projects within the last seven years. The Statement of Qualifications shall not exceed ten pages. Three firms will be short-listed and invited to submit a project-specific proposal, and selection will be based on the experience of the firm, experience of key personnel, and knowledge of/experience with the Town of Hudson. The Town reserves the right to conduct interviews or select solely on qualifications and to reject any or all qualifications if deemed in the best interest of the Town. All qualified firms will receive equal consideration. Costs for preparing submittals are the responsibility of the submitting firm.
