Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Sealed proposals are invited for the Tahoe Timothy Stormwater Repair Project, which will include but not be limited to: 700 linear feet of 36 SLCPP storm sewer installation, 50 linear feet of 15 SLCPP storm sewer installation, removal of existing storm sewer, stormwater manhole installation, and landscaping restoration. Proposals must be clearly marked for the Tahoe Timothy Stormwater Repair Project. Bidding documents may be purchased from KU Resources by emailed electronic copy for a fee. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total bid amount, made payable to The Borough of Plum. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $1,000 per calendar day. Proposals must use the forms furnished by the Borough. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract must be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
