Franklin County seeks sealed bids for various paving and road products, highway reclamation, chip sealing, membrane surface treatment, and crane services. The bid is divided into lots. It is not necessary to bid on every item or every lot. Lot I will include: o Hot Mix Asphalt Base, Binder, and Top o Redi-Mix Concrete/Concrete Pumping o Stockpile Patching Lot II will include: o Gravel o Sand o Topsoil Lot III will include: o Crushed Stone Lot IV will include: o Highway Milling/Reclamation o Tack Coat Services o Chip sealing and Fiber Reinforced Chip Seal o Cold Mix Asphalt o Crack Sealing Lot V will include: o Guide Rail Lot VI will include: o Crane Service The vendor agrees to provide all materials and/or services to any location within Franklin County. All materials are to be provided in strict conformance to the provisions of the most current standard for construction and materials issued by the NYS Department of Transportation.
