The scope of the works is divided into four (4) phases: Phase 1A, Phase 2B, Phase 2A and Phase 2B, scheduled for 2026 and 2027. .1 Kick-off meeting: May 2026 .2 Start date of works: 1 July 2026 .3 Early handover of Phase 1A: 18 August 2026 .4 Early handover of Phase 1B: 11 December 2026 .5 Early handover of Phases 2A and 2B: 16 July 2027 .6 Unconditional acceptance of all phases (1A, 1B, 2A, 2B): 13 August 2027 Please refer to the drawings for the phases and works dates. A site visit, which is not compulsory but strongly recommended, is scheduled for 23 March 2026 at 1.30 pm. The meeting point for this visit is the entrance to Piche-Dufrost School at 26 Rue Sainte-Catherine, Saint-Constant, QC J5A 1G2.
