The scope of the project includes the redevelopment, enhancement and conservation of the Water Tower historic structure in the in Parc des Citoyens and provides, among other things, for the construction of an extension to the north of the existing water tower, construction of a staircase to its south and the construction of a 140-space parking lot to the southeast of the Water Tower.
