Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint-Constant, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and 140-space sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of the project includes the redevelopment, enhancement and conservation of the Water Tower historic structure in the in Parc des Citoyens and provides, among other things, for the construction of an extension to the north of the existing water tower, construction of a staircase to its south and the construction of a 140-space parking lot to the southeast of the Water Tower. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded professional consultants for design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual planning are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in summer 2026. Schedules for further project development are being finalized.
