Sealed bids are invited for furnishing all labor and material necessary for the Replacement of County Route 54 Bridge over Allen Brook (BIN 3341170) and McEwen Road Bridge over Allen Brook (BIN 3221340). Each bid must be accompanied by security of not less than five percent of the bid amount in the required form. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within forty-five days after opening. This exempt capital improvement project requires that bidders exclude sales and compensating use taxes on materials to be incorporated into the work. Bidders must observe conditions of employment and minimum wage rates specified in the contract. The right is reserved to waive informalities in the bid process or reject any or all bids.
