Through this Request for Proposal (the “RFP”), the City of Penticton invites qualified Contractors to submit Proposals for Shoreline Restoration Work located in SS Sicamous Park at 1175 Riverside Dr., Penticton, BC. The project involves replacing the existing timber retaining wall to improve structural stability and long -term durability along the waterfront. In conjunction, shoreline restoration measures will enhance erosion control, restore natural habitat, and impro ve overall environmental resilience. The scope of work shall include: a) Removal Work: Removal and disposal of the exposed upper section of the existing timber sheet pile wall. b) Shoreline Restoration Supply and place riprap, boulders, and embedded natural bank features. Install shoreline planting materials as specified in drawings and supplementary specifications.
