SANITARY SEWER REHABILITATION Construct Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation including all labor, equipment and materials necessary for cured-in-place pipelining for approximately 4,812 LF of pipe; 11,021 LF of sewer cleaning; 22,042 LF of televising; 25 CIPP service repairs, 44 sewer service connection reinstatements; 3 open cut point repairs; and miscellaneous associated work, including cleanup. Sealed proposals must be submitted on official bidding blanks provided by the City and accompanied by required bid security. Proposals must be sealed, plainly identified, and received by the specified deadline. The bid security must be either a certified or cashier's check or a bid bond for 5% of the bid, payable to the City. No withdrawal of proposals is allowed within thirty days of bid opening. The successful bidder is required to furnish a bond equal to 100% of the contract price guaranteeing faithful performance and prompt payment for materials and labor, as well as a two-year guarantee against faulty workmanship and materials. Work must commence within ten days after the Notice to Proceed and be completed by October 30, 2026. Liquidated damages of $500 per day will be assessed for delayed completion. Bidders must submit a fully completed Bidder Status Form. Tax exemption certificates must be obtained from the City and used exclusively for this project. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Copies of said plans and specifications are now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for examination by bidders.
