The City of Springfield is currently seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide and install electronic access control and camera systems for multiple city facilities that integrate with the city's existing Alarm.com security platform. Solutions requiring replacement of the current platform will not be considered. The project may include: _ Door access control installation _ Credential reader installation _ Door hardware upgrades _ Integration with existing security systems _ Camera and video system integration _ Enterprise security management configuration _ Network and infrastructure installation where necessary The system must allow centralized management and monitoring of security events across multiple City facilities through the city's existing platform. The city anticipates implementing this project in phases over multiple years. While proposals should include pricing for all facilities identified in Exhibit B, the city may elect to complete installations at selected facilities based on budget availability, operational priorities, and project scheduling.
