Demo carpet and replace with new square carpet tiles Framing: See attached Architectural Plans Electrical: IT- See attached Architectural Plans Existing Chandelier20 | P a g e The work consists ofdesign and construction services, based on the remolding ofthe PNC Bank Building-Address: 210 Main Ave, Truth or Consequences, NM 87901 for a new all-inclusive Police Department Building. Demo floor sink in water heater room to re-construct for multi-purpose shower and mop sink area The duties and responsibilities ofthe successful engineering and construction contractors include, but may not be limited to performing the following services: The assignment will include a written or/and oral scope of work and anticipate time frame for completion. The work shall have engineered drawings to meet the needs of the construction services. Truth or Consequences desires a cooperative process, the selected Design Build Team that will facilitate close coordination of work throughout all phases of the project. The Design Build Team will define roles and responsibilities, establish line of communication, and confirm project requirements. All work will be paid base on the Contractor's fixed price quote. All possible occurrences should be taken into consideration when providing the cost for services.
