The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and the Blind to establish a contract for flooring and installation at the West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and the Blind, located at 301 E. Main Street, Romney, WV 26757, per the attached specifications and terms and conditions. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the provisions contained in these instructions and the solicitation. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting. The solicitation may contain mandatory provisions identified by the use of the words "must," "will," and "shall." Failure to comply with a mandatory term in the solicitation will result in bid disqualification. All bids must be submitted on or before the specified date and time. Bids can be submitted electronically through wvOASIS, in paper form delivered in person or by courier, or by facsimile to the Purchasing Division. The Purchasing Division will not accept bids or modifications of bids via email. Any individual attending the pre-bid meeting on behalf of a vendor must sign the attendance sheet with his or her name and the name of the vendor represented. Failure to complete the attendance sheet as required may result in bid disqualification. Only information issued in writing and added to the solicitation by official written addendum is binding. The West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and the Blind (WVSDB ) is soliciting bids to purchase and install LVT commercial grade flooring and related adhesive , base and transitions and Rubber Stair Treads . -Remove and dispose of any current flooring and adhesive . - Provide all supplies and tools needed to install the flooring in the designated areas .
