Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Romney, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Hampshire County Commission will accept sealed bids for the Hampshire County Courthouse Electrical System Upgrade (Phase II - Lighting) Project, located at the Old Courthouse Building, 19 East Main Street, Romney, WV 26757. Work includes modernization and upgrade of courthouse lighting systems, including interior and exterior lighting upgrades utilizing energy efficient LED fixtures, replacement of supporting lighting branch circuit wiring, and associated safety system upgrades (including emergency and exit lighting), as outlined in the project specifications.
