Kewaunee County is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced audio-visual (AV) professionals to replace and standardize the technology in the Emergency Operation Center (EOC). The project includes the design, installation, programming, and commissioning of new AV systems to support high-quality hybrid meetings, presentations, and operations of the EOC and the Emergency Management office during county emergencies. The solution should integrate seamlessly with the existing IT infrastructure and be intuitive for Emergency Management staff to use. Bidders are expected to provide comprehensive solutions covering all project phases, from initial design through post-installation support. A mandatory site visit at the EOC is required for those planning to bid.
