Pulverize and pave of 85th Ave. starting at 40th St. going east toward Magnor Lake Lane (1 mile). This is an LRIP project. The Town of Clayton, Polk County WI, is accepting bids. Mail sealed bids to Clayton Town Clerk, Tracy LaBlanc, 164 70th Avenue, Clayton, WI 54004, or drop off at Clerk's office by March 31, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Sealed bids will be opened on April 9, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Board meeting, and the board may take action on those bids at that time. The town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities in any bid, and to accept any bid which is most advantageous to the Town of Clayton.
