Sealed bids are invited for the Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Repairs at 114 South Main Street for the Town of Blackstone, Virginia. The project includes repairs of the existing sprinkler system and installation of a new fire alarm system to modify the sprinkler system. Bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid meeting at the site to inspect the existing sprinkler system and to verify requirements for the fire alarm systems. A bid bond and contract security are required of all bidders. Contract award will be based on the bid amounts as the owner, in its discretion, decides to award. The owner reserves the right to accept bids in part or whole, or to reject all bids if in the best interest of the Town of Blackstone. Drawings and specifications necessary for bidding may be obtained from the Architect/Engineer’s office of HDH Associates, P.C. The Architect/Engineer’s office is the sole source for contract information.
