Demolition and renovation of a military facility in Blackstone, Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a military facility; and for the renovation of a military facility.

The project can be generally described as projects for chimney demolition that will include boiler/piping removal, roof repairs, and floor repairs at multiple locations on Fort Pickett. A Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the conference room of Building T0229 within the DPW Compound, at 1:00 PM Sharp, on April 9, 2026. Virginia military installations now require a Real ID for access to the installation. All parties must present valid government approved identification (REAL ID) when arriving on Fort Pickett and should allow extra time accordingly. A Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the conference room of Building T0229 within the DPW Compound, at 1:00 PM Sharp, on April 9, 2026.
