Renovation of an educational facility in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board is seeking quotations from qualified mechanical contractors for the Air Handler Upgrade at Holy Cross Elementary School, 410 Brittany Dr, Thunder Bay, Ontario. The scope of work includes demolition of the existing air handling unit and electric hot water tanks, supply and installation of a new air handling unit (AHU-1) on a structural steel support stand with a concrete base, new ductwork, heating coil connections to the existing boiler system, a new gas-fired domestic hot water heater (WH-1) with associated piping, variable frequency drive (VFD), and all related mechanical, plumbing, and structural work as detailed in the engineering drawings and specifications. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents.
