The proposed work includes the rehabilitation of Runway 14-32, Taxiway, Apron, and Apron Expansion at Wishek Municipal Airport in Wishek, North Dakota. Bidders are to submit their bids online via the Quest CDN vBid platform for a submission fee. Bidders must download the digital bidding documents from Quest CDN in order to submit a bid. Bids will only be opened, read, or considered if they comply fully with the vBid system's submission requirements, including acknowledgement of all addenda, submission of a copy of the bidder's North Dakota Contractor's License or a copy of the latest renewal certificate issued by the Secretary of State, and submission of a Bid Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the maximum bid price, executed by the bidder and a surety company authorized to conduct business in North Dakota. If the successful bidder's bid is accepted, they must execute and effect a contract within ten (10) days after Notice of Award, and provide a contractor's bond as required by law and regulations. The successful bidder must also furnish a Contract Performance Bond and Payment Bond for the full contract amount and obtain a statement from the Office of the State Tax Commissioner showing payment of all taxes due to North Dakota before the contract can be executed. The Wishek Municipal Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive defects, and to refuse the bid of any party previously delinquent or unfaithful in performance of a contract to the Owner.
