Site work for a water / sewer project in Boston, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work involves the design and construction of a seawall revetment for approximately 260 linear feet of shoreline and associated upland work at Piers Park II, East Boston, Massachusetts. The project consists of demolishing an approximately 250-foot deteriorated granite and concrete seawall and constructing a stone revetment in its place. The location is along the shoreline of Massachusetts Port Authority’s Piers Park II. The proposed construction cost is estimated at $8,500,000.00. Interested parties must submit a Letter of Interest containing a contact name, telephone number, and email address. A two-part RFQ/P process will be followed: an RFQ will be issued to all submitting a Letter of Interest, and Design Build Entities are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications in response. Complete instructions for the SOQ will be provided in the RFQ. All questions regarding submissions must be directed to the specified email address. It is prohibited to contact anyone else at Massport regarding this project until the award is made.
