Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the Borough of West Cape May in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 of the amount bid. Any such bid bond shall be without endorsement or conditions. Bid shall also be accompanied by a certificate letter from a surety company stating that it will provide the bidder with the completion bond. The deadline for all questions, comments, or Requests for Information (RFI) is 5:00 PM, on Wednesday, March 18, 2026. Any submissions received after the deadline will not be considered. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
