This traffic signal will provide a protected signal for southbound cyclists and vehicles on Grant Road to proceed onto Homestead Road. This traffic signal must be synchronized with the traffic signals at Homestead Road and Foothill Expressway and the entrance to the shopping center to achieve optimal traffic flow in the area.
