The proposed work ("Work") includes: Replacement of existing modified bitumen roof system with new modified bitumen roof system at lower roof, replace existing gravel ballasted built-up roof with new modified bitumen roof system at upper roof and replace existing aluminum windows with new impact resistant aluminum curtain wall systems.
