Sealed bids are requested for furnishing all equipment, labor, and materials, and for performing all incidental work required for the Revenue Producing Hangar at Gettysburg Municipal Airport, Gettysburg, South Dakota. Bid Schedule A - Site Work involves: approximately 25 square yards of asphalt pavement removal, 1,100 cubic yards of unclassified excavation, 500 cubic yards of disposal of excess material, 300 cubic yards of aggregate base course, 350 square yards of geotextile separator fabric, 500 feet of joint sealing filler, 150 feet of joint sealing filler with expansion board, 0.6 acre of seeding and fertilizing, 400 cubic yards of on-site topsoil, 2,500 square yards of mulching, 300 square yards of 6-inch concrete approach pavement, 20 square yards of 6-inch concrete valley gutter, 25 square yards of 3-inch asphalt repair, 200 feet of high flow silt fence, mobilization, construction safety phasing plan, and related construction items. Bid Schedule B - Hangar Construction: Construction of a 3-unit T-Hangar, complete. Alternate Bid B1: Installation of hangar insulation, complete. Alternate Bid B2: Installation of hangar heating units, complete.
