Demolition, site work and renovation of a swimming pool in Gettysburg, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a swimming pool; for the renovation of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
The City of Gettysburg, South Dakota, is seeking bids for concrete removal and replacement, including all materials, in concurrence with the 2026 City Pool Renovation project. The City has the right to reject any and all bids. Questions may be directed to the Finance Office at 605-765-2264. Installation of 6,000 sq ft (more or less) concrete pool decking with 2% slope from pool edge to outer deck edge, including electrical grounding. Mostly flatwork pool decking. Approximately 100 sq ft will be in the pool bottom, deep end, and a couple feet up the pool wall.
