The project will be bid as a Base Bid with one bid additive. Bid Additive No. 1 generally consists of the reconstruction of 3400 LF of the airport perimeter fence with a new 8 foot-high wildlife perimeter fence and wildlife fence skirt including two gates, clearing and grubbing, and turf restoration. Prevailing wage rates apply. Contractors must be bonded and insured to the level indicated in the Contract Documents. The project is sales tax exempt.
