Victoria St Carson, CA 90747 The State of California, acting through the Board of Trustees of The California State University, hereinafter called Trustees or BOT, on behalf of California State University, Dominguez Hills, hereinafter called University, is seeking proposals from Design-Builders (Proposers) to provide pre-construction and construction services for the project referenced above (Project). This is not a traditional Collaborative Design Build Selection process in which the University will select a Design-Build Team. Instead, the University will select a general contractor based on qualifications and proposed fees, who will partner with the University's pre-selected architect of record (AOR). The delivery method for this Project is a modified form of the Trustees' Design-Build delivery method, called Collaborative Design-Build. This is a two-phased project delivery process: Phase 1-Design and Preconstruction Services, hereinafter referred to as Phase 1, and Phase 2-Design-Build Construction Services, hereinafter referred to as Phase 2.
