Description

Site work and new construction of a power facility in Adelanto, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.

Project overview The City seeks a long-term partner to establish a hydrogen production facility designed to: Supply clean hydrogen to heavy marine, port-adjacent, and heavy-duty transportation customers Enable phased expansion as offtake demand grows Attract advanced manufacturing, energy technology, and workforce development to Adelanto Serve as a foundational asset within a broader Advanced Green Industry Park The City is open to flexible commercial and ownership structures, provided the project delivers durable economic development, environmental benefits, and operational credibility. The City is NOT looking to finance any development but rather is seeking a partner that can finance such development and is seeking a community to partner with that can execute on land use and permitting in a timely fashion.
