Site work and paving for a road / highway in Tenino, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This Contract provides for the improvement of Old Highway 99 with the grind, overlay and striping of approximately 4,500 linear feet of existing 31-foot-wide asphalt pavement from the east side of the driveway of Miles Sand and Gravel to the City Limits. Sealed proposals for furnishing all materials, labor and equipment for the described work are required. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier’s check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Tenino.
