Renovation of a multi-residential development in Lowell, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Lowell Housing Authority invites bids from qualified contractors for the replacement of a roof at 65 Summer Street in the South Common Village, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications outlined. A contract will be awarded to the responsive and eligible bidder offering the lowest bid price. All bids must be submitted with a bid deposit not less than five percent of the greatest possible bid amount, considering all alternates, and made payable to the Lowell Housing Authority. Bids will be evaluated and awarded according to Massachusetts General Law Chapter 149, §44A-J. Vendors are required to comply with Federal Davis Bacon Wages, OSHA Certification, and DCAMM Eligibility guidelines. The Lowell Housing Authority reserves the right to amend or cancel the invitation, accept or reject any or all bids, and waive minor informalities.
