Instructions to obtain contract documents: Contract Documents may be obtained electronically at no cost by registering via email with the Project Engineer at bgentile@town.billerica.ma.us with PAVEMENT PRESERVATION in the subject line. Pre-qualification requirements: To bid on this project, Contractors must be prequalified in accordance with 720 CMR 5.00, Prequalification of Contractors. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as Pavement Surfacing (Options) with a minimum MassDOT Single Class of Work Limit of $1,489,695.00 will be required.
