Site work for a water / sewer project in Flanagan, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Removal and land application of approximately 554.21 dry tons of residuals from the primary lagoon and 300.33 dry tons of residuals from the secondary lagoon at the Village's Waste Water Treatment Plant. The project shall also include the installation of an 8" diameter plug valve in the 8" balance pipe connecting the two lagoons and surface restoration around the site prior to certification of final completion.
