Site work for a residential development in Lanigan, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.
Tenders are invited from General Contractors for the construction of the Evergreen Subdivision for the Town of Lanigan. The work includes installation of approximately 300 linear meters of 200 mm PVC gravity sewer main with standard manholes; installation of approximately 250 linear meters of 150 mm PVC water main with gate valves, hydrants, and fittings; installation of 15 building services including 100 mm diameter PVC sewer service and 25 mm diameter HDPE water service connections; installation of approximately 100 linear meters of 300 mm storm sewer main with standard manholes and catch basins; common excavation and site drainage infrastructure; roadway construction including common excavation, subgrade preparation, base course, concrete curbing and gravel surface course; site clean up; and repair of defects for one year after completion of the work. Each tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond for ten percent of the tendered amount. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest tender. General contractors may obtain a digital copy of the contract documents from the office of the consulting engineers.
