Construction services to remove and replace the existing ballasted EPDM roofing system with a new adhered EPDM roofing system. Minor surrounding façade repairs will be required to facilitate the roof replacement, including removal and replacement of EIFS, brick masonry, and metal panels. The work location is at Mason's Science & Technology Campus, Manassas, Virginia. Bidders are referenced to see solicitation documents for details on the optional pre-bid/proposal conference or site visit, and for public opening information. Question: Bidders Questions must be submitted through online or before Friday, 13 March 2026 by COB. Responses to questions will be issued by Addendum. Owner reserves the right to respond to any questions received after the date as indicated in the Invitation for Bid.
