Project Number: 241801.0 Manassas City Public Schools is soliciting bids from qualified bidders for the renovation of existing restrooms at Metz Middle School. The successful bidder shall be responsible for complete renovation of seven restrooms, including demolition and replacement of plumbing fixtures, toilet accessories, ceiling tile and grid, light fixtures, wall and floor tile, with all restrooms brought into compliance with ADA accessibility standards, as well as selective demolition and construction of interior walls in the Clinic Suite and modifications to fire protection and plumbing to suit new layouts (with no mechanical changes). The work shall be performed over the 2026 summer break and shall be fully completed before the school opens for the 2026-27 school year.
