Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Normandy Park, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Sealed Proposals will be received for furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to construct 2026 Projects. The work includes a variety of capital improvement projects such as sidewalk, curb ramps, curb and gutter, storm drainage improvements, and asphalt pavement. The work must be substantially complete within 45 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction must comply with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any issued addenda. Proposals are to be submitted only on the form provided with the Bid Documents and must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashier's check, or Proposal bond payable to the City of Normandy Park in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. The City of Normandy Park reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any Proposal. Contract questions shall be directed only to the office of the Project Engineer.
