Amendment 0002 - This is an amendment to post updated RFI responses for this project. This is a non-personnel services contract to perform inspections on Department of Defense fuel tanks. This service entails removal, disposal, transfer of remaining fuel, tank cleaning, replacing wiper seals, and providing an aboveground storage tank (AST) Inspection on tank(s) listed in Attachment B. Perform inspections on Department of Defense fuel tanks, including removal, disposal, and transfer of remaining fuel, followed by tank cleaning and replacement of wiper seals. Provide a complete aboveground storage tank (AST) inspection for the tanks identified in Attachment B. Contact Samuel Obrist and Monica McKensey at samuel.v.obrist@usace.army.mil and monica.a.mckensey@usace.army.mil for any questions regarding the solicitation. All Requests for Information (RFI) must be sent no later than 01 APR 2026. Place of Performance: Fort Benning, GA (Chattahoochee County) Period of Performance (PoP) - 180 calendar days starting at the date of contract award.
