Respondents are required to submit their expressions of interest, qualifications and experience. One original and three copies of the proposal, inclusive of all information, must be provided to the City's Purchasing Agent. Proposals must be clearly marked with the title of the RFP and the name of the responding firm. Any proposals received after the specified opening time will be returned unopened. Submission by fax, e-mail, or telephone is not permitted. Delivery to any office other than the City of Vineland Purchasing Department may result in late arrival. Only those RFP responses received prior to or on the submission date and time will be considered. Proposals delivered before the submission date and time may be withdrawn upon written application of the respondent. After the submission date and time, responses must remain firm for a period of sixty days.
