Site work, new construction and renovation of a medical facility in Ilwaco, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a medical facility; for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to: construction of a 4,607 square foot Express Care Clinic to be attached to the north side of the existing Ilwaco Medical Clinic, via two corridors-one for patients and one primarily for staff. The new clinic will include a lobby and registration area servicing the entire building with the current entrance becoming an employee, support staff, and resupply entrance. The clinic will operate 7 days a week, including 5 new exam rooms, a procedure room, laboratory space, provider offices, bathrooms, meeting room, staff break room, clean and dirty utility rooms, and other staff/support spaces. Following completion of the new clinic, a phased renovation of the existing facility will update its layout, aesthetics (flooring, painting, etc.), reconfigure space to enhance patient access and services, and may address HVAC and other non-patient care elements such as the waiting room space. Bidders must submit sealed bids by the stated deadline. A bid guarantee of 5% of the total price must accompany each bid. The three lowest bidder's guarantees will be retained until a contract is executed. Bidders shall hold their bid prices for 60 days after opening. Prior to starting work, the selected contractor must provide a Performance and Payment Bond for the full contract price including estimated taxes, a W-9, and insurance certificates. The project scope may be reduced if the total bid price exceeds available funding. OBH reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities. The project is subject to prevailing wage. OBH encourages participation from minorities, women, and local small businesses.
