Lakeview Park is a 9-acre community park, surrounded by city open space in the Traverse Mountain area. This park will feature a playground, grass fields, landscaping and trees, pavilions, basketball and pickleball, a parking lot, restrooms, etc. Lakeview Park is located up neighborhood roads at 4675 N Autumn View Dr, Lehi, UT 84043. 2.3 SCOPE OF WORK o Grade site to elevations shown on plans. o Construct new asphalt trails, parking lot, concrete sidewalks and stairs, fencing, and ADA ramps per plans. o Construct post-tensioned sports courts. o Install irrigation system per plans and to current Lehi City standards and details. o Install trees, shrubs, plants, sod, mulch, etc. as shown on landscape plans and per current Lehi City standards and details. o Connect all utilities to restroom/storage facility, per Lakeview Park plans and restroom specifications. o Install electrical and site lighting per plans. o Provide pergola engineer plans and construct to match concept. o Coordinate timing of playground and safety surfacing installation with playground contractor, hired by the city. Construct all curbing and drainage, and bring the playground area to grade, per plans, in preparation for the playground contractor. o Coordinate installation of pavilion structures, provided by the city; install all electrical to the pavilion as shown on the plans. Footings and concrete slab furnished by the contractor. o Import top soil Initial minimum 30-day maintenance period during sod establishment which extends until substantial completion is approved (mowing/trimming and keeping beds weedfree). Provide site furnishings per plans: picnic tables, trash cans, bike rack, benches, sign. NOT INCLUDED The playground and play surfacing will be installed by a separate vendor (Sonntag Recreation), but coordination will be needed with the general contractor on timing. The concrete surround and sub-surface are to be prepared/constructed by the contractor, per plans. Pavilion construction. Contractor shall install concrete pad after pavilion is complete. The restroom will be a prefabricated building, paid for by Lehi, delivered & placed by the supplier, with preliminary and final utility connections by the contractor.
