Site work and paving for a road / highway in Billings, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The owner is accepting bids for items and services related to street improvements. The roads to be included are West Elm to North Broadway, West Oak to North Central, West Walnut to North Broadway, East Walnut to North Market, and West Lowe to Market, all requiring a chip and seal treatment. Submission of a bid constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions as specified and attached, which are made part of the invitation by reference. The master project agreement, with selected attachments, will be in effect at the award of the contract for the lowest bid as determined by the owner. Billings is requesting bids for a Chip & Seal treatment on the following streets: o West Elm Street to North Broadway o West Oak Street to North Central o West Walnut Street to North Broadway o East Walnut Street to North Market o West Weaver Street to Market o West Lowe Street to Market The scope of work includes sweeping roadways prior to application of emulsion materials, application of CRS-2 emulsion, application of 3/8" and 5/8" chip rock, sweeping of roadways post application of materials, and all materials, labor, and equipment for installation of a double layer chip & seal treatment covering approximately 13,053 square yards. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
