Sealed proposals are invited for the Jacksonville Park Upgrades - Basketball & Pickleball Courts Project in East Allen Township, Northampton County. The project consists of constructing a basketball court, a pickleball court, associated fencing and walkways for the courts, a pedestrian trail, and other related site improvements at Jacksonville Park. Bidders must include a Bid Bond, certified check, bank cashier's check, or other acceptable security equal to 10% of the total base bid. Bids must be valid for 60 calendar days and include all items listed on the bid form. The project is subject to requirements including the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, OSHA, various Pennsylvania Acts (including Act 287, Trade Practices Act, Public Works Employment Verification Act, and Human Relations Act 222), and contract compliance regulations for non-discrimination in employment. The Township reserves the right to waive irregularities or reject any or all bids as deemed in its best interest.
