Description

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Newport, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Demolition of the existing dehumidifier and heater units. Purchase and installation of a 24 ton 2-compressor dehumidifier with pool heater and remote heater. Bids must be sealed and marked 'Bids Community Center Dehumidifier.' E-mail and facsimile bids will not be accepted. Bids received after the stated date and time will be rejected. A pre-bid site visit will be conducted by the Parks and Recreation Department, and a pre-bid conference will be held to discuss requirements, gather information, and provide prospective bidders an opportunity to ask questions.
