Landscape Architectural and Engineering qualifications are requested for potential projects related to both non-disaster services and Helene disaster services. Project categories include, but are not limited to: designing concepts and renderings, park master planning and design, long range and strategic planning, preliminary engineering studies and reports, design including field surveys, plan, and specification preparation, permitting (TDEC, TDOT, USACE, FEMA, etc.), construction services such as bidding, contract administration, and observation, asset and records management (GIS, web hosting, etc.), environmental engineering, disaster recovery, economic development, land surveying, transportation, land development and planning, water resources planning, and any additional needed civil engineering services. Submittals must include a letter of interest/statement of qualifications (5 page maximum), a list of staff/sub-consultants with their qualifications (10 page maximum), and related project experience with at least five recent examples. The maximum submittal size is 20 pages, excluding firm work examples.
