Site work for a civil project in Glendale, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Glendale is seeking a qualified construction manager/general contractor to provide design phase assistance and construction services as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for improvements to city wells located in Pressure Zone 4 of the City's water distribution system. The selected CMAR will provide pre-construction and construction services, working closely with the city and its design professional, and will be an integral part of the project team during all project phases. The CMAR will begin in an agency support role for pre-construction services and, prior to construction, will assume the risk of delivering the project through a guaranteed maximum price contract and be responsible for construction means and methods. Proposals must be submitted through the Vendor Self Service site and any received after the deadline will not be considered and will be returned to the submitting firm.
