Demolition, site work and paving for an educational facility in Stewartsville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for paving for a educational facility.
Request for sealed bids to provide general construction and excavation, including removal and relocation of a vintage concrete wall and materials, and construction of a one-way road at Rushville Elementary School. Bids/proposals are sought for general construction, demolition, and relocation of materials as needed. Project completion is required by August 3, 2026. The district has tax exemption status and will provide documentation for materials and supplies purchased for the project. Missouri prevailing wage laws apply, and selected contractors must meet general liability insurance requirements. Potential change orders or additions may include filling the right of way south of Old North Road Entrance with removed dirt to approximate the grade of HH Highway to cover parking area drain tubes and redirect south drainage to the west toward the lagoon drain tube, as well as building a berm along the northern edge of the upper play area along the tree line to control drainage from the rock quarry. The owner reserves the right to waive defects and informalities in bids, reject any or all bids, take bids under advisement, or accept any bid as may be deemed in its interest as the lowest responsible best bid.
