Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Tampa, Florida. Working plans call for the construction of a 16-unit multi-residential development.
This project consists of the replacement of destroyed electrical infrastructure serving approximately 431 mobile homes, 16 apartments, and common areas within a 55+ senior mobile home park community located in Tampa, Florida. The work is funded through a Local Housing Fund Agreement between Hillsborough County and Homes of Regency Cove, Inc. following severe damage caused by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. The scope includes full replacement of electrical connections and supporting infrastructure, execution of a Land Use Restriction Agreement preserving the property as a mobile home park for 15 years, and a Subordination Agreement with senior lender Symetra Life Insurance Company to secure permanent financing while protecting the County’s investment.
