Work under the base bid improvements (Division A and Division B) must be substantially completed in fifty working days, divided into fifteen working days for Phase 1 and thirty-five working days for Phase 2. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid is required. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
