The City of Modesto is soliciting proposals and qualifications for the preparation of a Hydrologic and Hydraulic (H&H) Analysis of the Tuolumne River. The purpose of the work is to establish a list of feasible solutions to mitigate significant flooding to several neighborhoods adjacent to the river within the city's jurisdiction, as well as to city infrastructure such as its primary wastewater treatment plant. Submittals are due before 11:00 am on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. Proposals are to be submitted through a sealed bid process.
