See separate department Scope of Works in the attached exhibits. Prior to beginning any service, the appropriate Business/Delivery license from the City of Modesto must be secured and maintained for the duration of the agreement. The agreement term shall be for two years, with three one-year extension options at the sole discretion of the City, for a total of up to five years. Pricing shall remain firm for the first two years; price increases for subsequent years shall not exceed the Consumer Price Index for West Urban Area in any one agreement year and must be negotiated. Requests for price increases must be submitted in writing ninety days prior to the agreement’s annual anniversary date to be effective for the following year. All instructions and technical requirements for the work are provided in the separate exhibits referenced as Scope of Works.
